Sanctions for the Issuance of Dud Cheques

Banks, Specialised Deposit-Taking Institutions (SDIs) and the Public are reminded that under section 313(A) of the Criminal Offences Act, 1960 (Act 29) as amended, it is an offence punishable by a fine and/or imprisonment of up to five (5) years for any person to issue a dud cheque.

Ashale Botwe Mobilization Centre is the latest addition to our banking network. Our objective is to bring convenient banking closer to you. It is located at Abudankade Junction off the Riss Junction - School Junction stretch.

Established in 1978 by the Krobo Women Association as a community bank at Abanse in the Manya Krobo District of the Eastern Region of Ghana, we have risen to become your family banking centre.

The bank’s mission is to collaborate with development partners in the communities in which the bank operates to confront developmental challenges facing the rural poor through financial intermediation while protecting the interest of the other stakeholders.
